Directions for use
- 1 tea bag per cup (approx. 150 ml). Pour boiling water over the tea bag and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag and remove it.
- Recommended intake: drink a maximum of 3 cups per day.
- Important note: Always pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to ensure the product is safe for consumption!
