How to use
- 1 filter bag for 1 cup (approx. 150 ml). Pour boiling water over it and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Squeeze the bag gently and remove.
- Recommended dosage: drink a maximum of 3 cups per day.
- Important note: Always infuse with boiling water and leave to infuse for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to obtain a safe food product!
