Seewald Ortho Homocysteine Balance ACTIVATED capsules are a dietary supplement with folic acid, vitamin B6 and B12 in an ideal ratio as a contribution to normal homocysteine metabolism.

Bioactive vitamins in the ideal ratio ensure optimum bioavailability. Vitamin B6 in activated phosphate form, folic acid (vitamin B9) as activated methylfolate and vitamin B12 as a proven MHA formula with three active storage forms of the vitamin as a contribution to normal homocysteine metabolism

The carefully balanced formula contains vitamins B12, B9 (folic acid) and B6 in an optimal ratio. As the body does not produce these vitamins itself, they must be supplied through food. The vitamin B12 level is particularly relevant for a diet without animal products.

Homocysteine Balance ACTIVATED contains bioactive forms of the three B vitamins, which can be absorbed and processed particularly well by the body. Vitamin B6, folic acid and B12 all contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism.

Vitamin B6 in the bioactive form pyridoxine-5-phosphate (P5P) has helpful properties as a contribution to normal energy metabolism, the normal function of the nervous system, the psyche and the immune system.

Folic acid (vitamin B9) in the stable and bioactive form methylfolate is highly bioavailable for every metabolic type. People with MTHFR polymorphism - a genetic variant that impedes or completely prevents the absorption of ''normal'' folic acid - are dependent on the bioactive form of folic acid. Folic acid supports the immune system and plays a role in cell division and the synthesis of amino acids. It also makes an important contribution to normal haematopoiesis and to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy.

The proven MHA formula, which consists of three bioactive storage forms of vitamin B12, provides highly bioavailable vitamin B12 as a contribution to the reduction of fatigue, normal energy metabolism, normal function of the immune system and the formation of red blood cells.
