Inositol is an endogenous substance that acts as a component of cell membranes and occurs in various forms, such as myo-inositol.
Choline and inositol together form lecithin.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) plays an important role in the regular synthesis and normal metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and certain neurotransmitters. It also promotes normal mental performance.
Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin is the bioactive and therefore highly bioavailable form of vitamin B12. It supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and neurotransmitters.
