Acne & Phage Technology

Sanubiom Phage Technology utilises the power of billions of natural microbes. Sanubiom's main focus is on bacteriophages. They are the most common microorganisms on our planet and protect the natural balance of our skin flora.
Wherever bacteria are found, phages are not far away. Bacteriophages are basically microorganisms that do not reproduce on their own. They use certain bacteria as hosts, attack them and thus regulate the number of pathogens. One of the best-known suspects is Staphylococcus aureus, which can cause skin irritations.
Staphylococcus aureus is also involved in acne. These bacteria cause the typical irritations such as redness, comedones (blackheads) and pimples. Acne can range from common acne (acne vulgaris) in a mild form of acne to highly inflammatory skin pustules, pimples or eczema. This form is known as severe acne or acne inversa. Due to the overproduction of sebum, the sebaceous glands become clogged, resulting in severe cases.
The bacteriophages in SkinCare Protect reduce malignant bacteria. The good bacteria on your skin are preserved and strengthened. This regeneration process visibly reduces irritation on the areas of skin affected by acne. Blackheads and pimples are reduced and the skin feels better.

Directions for use

Shake the bottle, remove the protective cap from the spray attachment and spray SkinCare Acne 2-3 times a day onto cleansed skin (free from other products such as creams, powders, etc.).
Moisten the skin surface with a thin layer of liquid.
Allow the liquid to absorb for at least 5-10 minutes before applying other products to the skin.
Replace the protective cap on the sterile spray after use.

Please note:Store in the refrigerator! You can then apply other care products to your skin. SkinCare Acne can be used refrigerated (2-8°C) and unopened until the expiry date. Within this period, SkinCare Acne can be transported unrefrigerated and unopened for 30 days. After opening, SkinCare Acne must be used within 14 days. If the product solution is cloudy or has an odour, SkinCare Acne should no longer be used! If the acne is not caused by one of these bacteria, SkinCare Acne will have no effect.

Composition: Aqua, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Staphylococcus aureus / Cutibacterium acnes phage lysate. 1×10^6 CFU(phage)/ml bacteriophages are classified as GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe) by the FDA. Skin-Care is free from lanolin, acids, alcohol, perfume and parabens. Sanubiom SkinCare Protect is supplied sterile. SkinCare Protect from Sanubiom is manufactured under EU GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines and filled under sterile conditions.
