Sanatur Natto Complex capsules are a dietary supplement with nattokinase, monakolin K, co-enzyme Q10 and astaxanthin.
Natto is a traditional Asian food. Similar to bread in Europe, natto is an integral part of the daily diet in Japan. To make it, soya beans are fermented into a sticky mass. Natto is particularly popular as an ingredient for sushi, miso soups, egg or rice dishes. Natto is produced in the traditional way for our Natto Complex. This involves fermenting soya beans from unmodified seeds with the bacterium Bacillus subtilis natto. Supplemented with high-quality astaxanthin, coenzyme Q10 and chlorella microalgae, a balanced mixture based on the Asian model is available.

Directions
- Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid.
- Advice: Do not exceed the daily dose of 3 mg monacolins from red mould rice, maximum daily intake: 1 capsule. Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children under 18 years and adults over 70 years. Do not consume if you are taking cholesterol-lowering agents or other products containing red mould rice. Seek medical advice if health problems occur. If taking medication, use only under medical supervision. Natto Complex is a natural product. Therefore, colour, taste and analysis values may vary slightly.

- Ingredients: fermented soya bean extract 29.7%, red rice flour, chlorella microalgae powder, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), astaxanthin-rich oleoresin from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis, co-enzyme Q10.
