How to use
- Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of Greek Mountain Tea, leave to infuse for 8 minutes and then strain.
- For traditional preparation, add 2 tablespoons to ½ litre of boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes, then strain. Depending on the region, add a little honey, cinnamon or a dash of lemon juice after cooling.
