For our body to function at its best, it needs, amongst other things, sufficient iron. Iron helps to build haemoglobin, the pigment in the blood. This helps red blood cells to supply the cells with oxygen. Iron, along with the other vitamins contained – B2, B6, B12 and C – as well as folic acid, helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C also ensures better iron absorption. Florabio Herbal Blood Iron Sticks with a refreshing lemongrass and raspberry flavour provide iron, essential B vitamins, as well as vitamin C and folic acid – straight away and without the need for water.

Take 1 stick daily, directly into the mouth without water.
Notes: May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.

Ingredients: Sweetener sorbitol, acerola extract, herbal blend (12%) comprising: rosehip peel, spinach leaves, nettle leaves, hibiscus flowers, lemongrass. Iron pyrophosphate (iron), starch, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; beetroot powder (2 per cent), natural raspberry flavouring, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), nicotinamide (niacin), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), stabiliser: lecithin; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
