- Vitamin D can generally be produced by the body itself in the skin through exposure to sunlight (UVB radiation). In the months with little sunlight, UV radiation is usually not sufficient for this and the consumption of high doses of vitamin D is nutritionally recommended.

Directions for use
- Take 1 tablet daily with a little liquid.
- The tablet can be chewed, sucked or swallowed whole and is easy to swallow.
- Regular supplementation over a longer period of time is recommended.
- Tip: For children under the age of 11 and people who want to take a lower daily dose, Solarvit IMMUN 1000 I. E. tablets or drops are available.
- Notes: May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
