- Wrist circumference over 14 cm
Directions for use
- Place your middle three fingers on the inside of your wrist, where the edge of your ring finger lies next to the first knuckle crease. The Nei-Kuan point is located beneath your index finger, between the two middle tendons.
- Align the button with the Nei-Kuan point, pointing downwards. Repeat the process for the other wrist.
To ensure effectiveness, a band must be worn on each wrist. Sea-bands can be slipped on before setting off or after departure.
