The cherry stone bag is an ancient household remedy from Switzerland. It is also known as a dry hot water bottle. When heated in the oven (at 150 °C for approx. 15 minutes) or in the microwave (600 W for approx. 1 minute), the dry cherry stone is charged with heat and releases it directly to the desired area. The cherry stone bag is also very suitable for hand and foot gymnastics. The cherry stone cushion can be heated both in the microwave and in the oven. The cherry stone cushion can also be used for cold therapy by placing it in the freezer for several hours. The cushions can be washed at 30°C and must then be dried thoroughly (it is best to wash them in a laundry net in case the seam comes undone so that the cherry stones do not spread in the washing machine). Do not spin or tumble dry.
