Properties
The REPUSAN vital substance supplement optimises six factors that are crucial for greater stress resistance, restful sleep and a generally more harmonious attitude to life:
- MELATONIN: The famous "sleep hormone" was once synthesised in sufficient quantities by the body itself in the dark from the amino acid L-tryptophan. Since the daylight rhythm has shifted due to artificial light and screen work, this natural production has been permanently disrupted in almost all people. Taking a balanced dietary supplement can therefore gently help to calm you down at the end of the day and help you fall asleep and stay asleep.
- L-TRYPTOPHANE: This essential amino acid is a precursor for several messenger substances, e.g. the "happiness hormone" serotonin. Supplementary intake has proven to be particularly effective for problems falling asleep, as L-tryptophan serves the body as a basis for melatonin production, among other things.
- B-VITAMINS: The vitamins of the B group are indispensable for processing nervous stimuli and for maintaining a healthy psyche. An unbalanced diet and a stressful lifestyle can quickly lead to a stressful vitamin deficiency. The REPUSAN formula contains a balanced mixture of vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12.

- If required, take 15 ml REPUSAN (= ½ measuring cup) undiluted or mixed with very little water approx. 30 to 45 minutes before going to bed once a day.
