Raab Zinc Complex Capsules contain a combination of zinc bisglycinate and the amino acid L-histidine. Zinc bisglycinate is a special zinc compound in which the zinc is encased in a chelate complex. The capsules can be taken either with meals or on their own. The amino acid L-histidine perfectly complements the formula.

What you need to know about the trace element zinc?

Zinc is an essential trace element that performs various important functions in the body (see below). It must be obtained regularly through diet to prevent a deficiency. Zinc is found in foods such as meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, cereals, pulses and nuts. If you follow a plant-based diet, it is advisable to soak foods containing phytic acid, such as pulses or cereals, before eating them, as phytic acid can impair zinc absorption.

• Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of liquid. It can be taken either with or without meals.
