- Spirulina is a blue-green, single-celled microalgae that occurs naturally in some lakes in Central America, Africa, Australia and Asia. The most important spirulina species is Arthrospira platensis.
- Chlorella is a green algae. This categorisation can already be seen in the name, as the name Chlorella comes from the Latin and can be translated as "small, young green". Just like spirulina, this type of algae is microscopically small and is therefore categorised as a microalgae. Chlorella algae are widespread on earth and have been populating it for billions of years. Chlorella is found in nature mainly in standing and flowing waters and subtropical soda lakes.

Directions
- Take 3 tablets 3 times a day with liquid before or with meals.
- Notes: May naturally contain traces of sulphite. Not suitable for children.
