Raab Organic Spermidine Capsules contain only high-quality organic wheat germ powder, which naturally contains spermidine. Only the valuable germ of the wheat grain is used for the powder, which only makes up a tiny proportion of the ripe grain. The germ is carefully separated from the endosperm, then de-oiled and finely ground. This concentrates the spermidine it contains.
