Raab Organic Hemp Protein is characterised by its naturally nutty flavour. It contains 49% plant-based protein as well as naturally occurring iron and magnesium. Proteins contribute, amongst other things, to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. Iron and magnesium help reduce tiredness and fatigue and contribute to normal energy metabolism. Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system.

Directions for use
- Stir approx. 1 tbsp (10 g) of hemp protein into 500 ml of water daily. The nutritional information will vary if used in smoothies, juices, or soya, spelt, rice or oat drinks. Use a whisk or blender to prevent lumps from forming.
- Notes: Organic hemp protein is not suitable for children and adolescents. The positive effects mentioned above can be experienced with a daily intake of just 10 g of organic hemp protein. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are of great importance. Colour and flavour may vary, as this is a natural product subject to seasonal fluctuations.
