How to use
- Add 1 teaspoon (3 g) of curcuma powder daily to 250 ml of liquid, e.g. fruit juices, vegetable juices, smoothies, shakes or warm soup. The powder is also suitable for colouring and refining dishes.
- Notes: Consumption is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children. If you suffer from liver and/or gall bladder disorders, you should only take it after consulting a doctor. The colour and taste may vary as this is a natural product that is subject to seasonal fluctuations.
