Raab OPC extract capsules contain a standardised content of oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC, 150 mg in 3 capsules) from grape seeds. OPC is supplemented by vitamin C from the acerola cherry. Ripe grapes and careful extraction guarantee the best OPC quality. Vitamin C helps to protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and nervous system.

OPC - Oligomeric proanthocyanidins

OPC is the abbreviation for oligomeric proanthocyanidins, which belong to the group of secondary plant substances, more precisely to the so-called polyphenols. Secondary plant substances are part of our daily diet, as they are found in many plants in our daily diet, e.g. in fruit, vegetables, pulses, nuts and seeds, wholemeal products and in abundance in French grape seeds. Due to their different structures and properties, they are categorised into different groups, such as polyphenols, glucosinolates, saponins or lectins. The polyphenol OPC is found in grape seeds and skins, but also in blueberries and cranberries.

Take 3 capsules daily with plenty of liquid with a meal.

Ingredients: 44% grape seed flour*, partially de-oiled, 28% grape seed extract, vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 6% acerola fruit juice concentrate powdered* (*50% of the ingredients come from controlled organic cultivation, DE-ÖKO-001).
Composition per daily dose (3 capsules) %NRV**: Vitamin C 14 mg (18 %), proanthocyanidins (OPC) 150 mg. **NRV: per cent of the nutrient reference.
