A joint bath with humic acid is beneficial for tension and lumbago and has a regenerating effect on muscles and joints. Humic acid is traditionally used in bath therapy, whereby the dosage of the joint bath is adapted for use as a full bath. If you only want to treat one part of the body, for example the arm or leg, the partial joint bath is the right choice.
Effect of Humal joint bath
The active ingredients humic acid and salicylic acid contained in the Humal joint bath promote local blood circulation, which can have a favourable effect on muscular tension and pain.
Humal has been tried and tested for decades and was previously available as a medicinal product - due to regulatory requirements, it is no longer possible to obtain humic acid in pharmaceutical quality and therefore production can no longer take place as a medicinal product.
However, the formula has remained unchanged and our Humal joint bath works in exactly the same way as before.

How to use
Sprinkle Humal Joint Bath into the bath water and be sure to observe the dosage. Stir briefly to dissolve the granules.
A bath temperature of 38°C and a bath duration of 20-25 minutes is recommended. Do not rinse off after bathing.
- Recommended duration of use: One full bath on each of the first two days, then every other day.
- Dosage for a full bath: 1 sachet of 37g for approx. 150 litres of bath contents. Bed rest is recommended after the full bath.
- Dosage for micro-baths: 1 level teaspoon (3g) for approx. 12 litres of water. Keep the body area warm after the micro-bath. Micro-baths can also be used twice a day.
- Advice: Do not use for children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children.

Tolle Wirkung
Ich bekam das Gelenksbad aufgrund meiner entzündeten Achillessehnen verschrieben. Nach nur 4 Anwendungen kann ich eine deutliche Besserung verspüren. Der Geruch ist neutral und die Farbe ist auch hell, Ich bin wirklich begeistert und kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
