The Quarkpack breast compress Mamma is a 100% natural product made from natural quark powder (or curd powder). Ideal for use during breastfeeding. Has a decongestant, anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect.

Quarkpack is not a drug, so there are no side effects or risks for baby or mother. With its unique, soft fleece, it is also particularly gentle on the skin. Quarkpack promises an uncomplicated and clean alternative to conventional quark wraps. A special fleece allows the quark to penetrate the skin area with its natural anti-inflammatory effect and remove inflammatory substances from the body. Quark pack has a pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory effect, is pleasantly cool and ensures a particularly gentle and careful treatment.

Quark pack has a preventative and pain-relieving effect on milk stasis and inflammation of the mammary glands.

Quark is a tried-and-tested household remedy which, when used correctly, counteracts milk stasis and prevents inflammation of the mammary glands quickly and effectively.
If there is a risk of engorgement, apply a warm curd pack before breastfeeding to increase the flow of milk. If there are already hard areas on the breast, these can be treated after breastfeeding with cold application (important: not too cold).

Application

Before use, the compress is soaked in (cold) water for 1-2 minutes with the fleece side down, whereby the curd gains its usual consistency. Then remove the compress from the water bath, wrap it in a towel, press on it once with the palm of your hand and apply the fleece side to the inflamed area of the body. Leave on for 15 - 45 minutes as required. Quarkpack is intended for single use and can be disposed of with household waste.
