The Pro Zoon Keto Zoon Ketosis Bolus is a supplementary feed in the form of a bolus to reduce the risk of ketosis. For excessively fat animals before calving or when animals lose their appetite.

Supports energy metabolism, stimulates appetite with liver protection. One dose of KETO ZOON consists of a white bolus and a red bolus. Rich in rumen-protected choline, betaine, DL-methionine, vitamin B2 and vitamin B12.

Dosage form

6 white boluses of 75 g each and 6 red boluses of 70 g each

Directions for use

Administer one dose of KETO ZOON before calving and at the start of lactation.
2 boluses (1 white + 1 red bolus) 10 days before calving.
2 boluses (1 white + 1 red bolus) immediately after calving.

Instructions for proper use: Feed with a suitable bolus applicator.

Ingredients

White bolus:

Composition: sorbitol, yeast (inactivated), lignocellulose (fir), calcium stearate.
Analytical constituents: Sodium 0.1 %, crude fat 2.1 %, crude protein 2.1 %, crude ash 4.8 %, crude fibre 3.2 %.
Additives per kg: E282 Calcium propionate 150,000 mg. Nutritional additives: 3a314 Niacin 40.000 mg, 3b302 Cobalt [cobalt(II)carbonate] 156 mg.

Red bolus:

Composition: sorbitol, vegetable triglycerides (coating of rumen-protected additives), lignocellulose (fir), calcium stearate.
Analytical constituents: crude protein 12.2 %, crude ash 10.4 %, crude fat 29.7 %, crude fibre 2.9 %.
Additives per kg - sensory additives: turmeric 500 mg, boldo 75 mg, fennel 300 mg, artichoke 75 mg, thistle 50 mg. Nutritional additives: 3a890 choline* 29,000 mg, 3a920 betaine* 17,400 mg, vitamin B2* 556 mg, vitamin B12* 8 mg, DL-methionine* 127,600 mg (*rumen-protected additives).
