Hyssop is an ancient aromatic plant, a perennial herb that originates from the Mediterranean region and Asia. Hyssop grows up to 60 cm high. It is a bee pasture like many labiates. Hyssop is used as a spice and is an ingredient in Chartreuse herbal liqueur. In naturopathy, it is used to treat colds and digestive complaints.
