PlantaVis Iron Capsules are a dietary supplement containing iron, which contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.

Iron plays an important role in our body. Among other things, it contributes

• the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin,
• normal oxygen transport in the body and
• to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The daily dose of 2 capsules of "Iron - Good for the Blood" covers around 320 per cent of the reference amount of iron for the average adult (according to the Food Information Regulation) and 140 per cent of the reference amount of vitamin C.

If our body is insufficiently supplied with iron, we usually notice this quite quickly. We feel tired and exhausted, we lack the energy for our daily tasks and we find it difficult to concentrate and perform at our usual level. We feel generally weak and exhausted.

Women are particularly often affected by iron deficiency due to the high blood loss during menstruation. People who have undergone major surgery can also have too little iron in their blood due to blood loss. And people who follow a vegan or vegetarian diet also often have difficulty absorbing a sufficient amount of iron, as plant-based iron cannot be utilised as well by our bodies.
