What is Sojapur?
Sojapur consists of natural soya protein with 90% protein content. The soya plant has been used in Asia for thousands of years, and soya is now also becoming increasingly popular in Europe. We only use non-genetically modified soya plants for Sojapur.
How does Sojapur work?
In addition to fat intake, carbohydrate intake is also important for the storage of body fat. It is much easier for the body to obtain energy from carbohydrates in food than to break down stored fat. If we want to lose weight, we have to get the body to break down the stored fat reserves. This is only possible in the long term if we greatly reduce our carbohydrate intake and eat protein instead. Sojapur contains valuable proteins and a large number of essential amino acids that the body needs but cannot build up itself and must therefore be supplied. For example, many carbohydrates are found in all products made from flour, sugar, pasta, baked goods....

Info on soya: The soya bean is one of the oldest cultivated plants on earth. It was cultivated in China and Japan around 5000 years ago. Two Austrians (Meißel and Böcker) discovered at the end of the 18th century that the soya bean contains a protein that is similar to casein in milk. Another two Austrians developed a process that is still used all over the world today to debitter the soya bean - without compromising the biological wholesomeness of the protein.
The Sojapur powder consists of 90% vegetable protein. In addition to the protein content, the proportion of isoflavones is also noteworthy. In all countries where soya products are an essential part of the diet, the breast cancer rate is extremely low. American studies show that the active ingredients in soya reduce the risk of osteoporosis and heart attacks.
Sojapur is made from carefully selected and purified soya beans. Sojapur contains a large number of vital and essential amino acids. Essential amino acids cannot be produced by the human body itself and must therefore be supplied from outside.

How to use
- Stir e.g. 2-4 tablespoons of Sojapur into low-fat yoghurt as a meal, dissolves to 80%, with green salad or fresh fruit.
- Tip: You can also use Sojapur to thicken sauces instead of flour etc.
