Iron Bär is a food supplement with trace elements, vitamin B12 and plant extracts. Iron and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B12 helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Iron Bear also contains acerola cherry.

Vitamin C (from acerola) and copper improve iron absorption and iron transport in the blood. Camomile also protects the stomach. Iron Bear does not cause constipation, digestive problems or stains on the teeth.

Directions

Children take 1 tablespoon daily, adults 2 tablespoons, preferably before meals. Iron Bear can also be diluted with water, tea or juice.
From 3 years & adults. Adjust from 6 months after consultation with your doctor
Advice: Before and after opening, store at 4-25 °C, protected from sunlight and in a dry place. Close tightly after opening and use within 30 days
