- When using a sublingual tablet such as BioActive Melatonin 1 mg, which dissolves in the mouth, the melatonin is absorbed faster and better by the body compared to taking other tablets. With other tablets, most of the melatonin taken is excreted from the body without being absorbed.
- A sublingual tablet, on the other hand, allows melatonin to be absorbed quickly and directly through the oral mucosa.
- The tablet form has been specially designed so that very little pressure needs to be applied during manufacture. This, in combination with a special and unique combination of excipients that support rapid dissolution in the mouth, as well as the use of wet granulation prior to tablet production under low pressure, enables extremely rapid dissolution under the tongue, which we call Melatomelt®.

Directions
- Take 1 tablet daily before going to bed with sufficient liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Should not be taken by persons under 18 years of age.
- Notes: May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
