PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is a protein-carbohydrate mixture with vitamins and minerals, which the body is often deficient in, and is used both as a supplementary food and as a meal replacement.

Directions

Stir 4 tablespoons (approx. 60g) into 500ml of water, soya milk or skimmed milk. Ideal as a meal replacement, before and after training/competition and for weight loss. The dose should not be exceeded.
