PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Peeroton creatine powder in the form of creatine phosphate is very important for high-speed strength and endurance training, as it helps to increase the creatine stores in the muscles.

Effect

Creatine is an intermediate product of energy metabolism and causes the synthesis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which supplies the muscle with energy. An increased level of ATP enables the muscle to perform over a longer period of time without, as would normally be the case, becoming over-acidified due to increased lactate levels. Due to the short-term energy reserves available, weightlifters and bodybuilders in particular, but also sprinters and throwers, benefit from this product. These findings have already been scientifically proven in several studies. A shorter recovery time (regeneration) has also been proven and therefore enables intensive training with faster consecutive training sessions.
