Dosage form
How to use
- Stir the daily portion of powder 14 g (= 3 level measuring spoons) into approx. 200 ml of still water and drink before a meal.
- To promote regular digestion, make sure you also drink enough fluids. Drink at least two to three litres of water a day.

- Ingredients: Maize dextrin (23.8%), psyllium husks (21.4%), sucrose, calcium salts of citric acid, maltodextrin, baobab fruit powder (7.1%), acidifier: citric acid, thickener: guar gum, polyphenol-containing grape skin powder, natural flavouring, beetroot juice powder, sweetener: steviol glycosides. Food supplement with sugar and sweetener from stevia.
- Composition per daily portion (14 g) (% RM*): Calcium 240 mg (30), dietary fibre 6.3 g. *RM = reference quantity according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.
