Orthomol i-CAre granules + capsules are a dietary supplement with secondary plant substances, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements.
The composition of your daily diet has a major influence on your health. A balanced diet and responsible treatment of your own body is particularly important in the event of illness in order to provide the body with the energy it needs.
As the body is largely unable to produce vitamins and minerals on its own, a regular and sufficient intake through food is necessary. The term "phytochemicals" covers numerous chemically very different compounds that only occur in plants.
Plant extracts can contain secondary plant substances. The term "phytochemicals" covers numerous compounds formed by plants. These include, for example, carotenoids and flavonoids, which occur naturally in food. Omega-3 fatty acids, which are abundant in fish oil, include EPA and DHA in particular. These are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are components of cell membranes, among other things.
Nutritive properties
Orthomol i-CAre is a dietary supplement. With plant extracts, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
- Vitamin A, riboflavin (vitamin B2), biotin and niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes (e.g. the oral mucosa).
- Vitamin B12, vitamin B6, riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin C, pantothenic acid, folic acid, niacin and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions
Stir the contents of one sachet into 150 - 200 ml of still water daily and take with or after a meal together with the capsules.
