These include vitamins and minerals or trace elements. As most micronutrients cannot be produced by the human body itself, they must be taken in through food. How to use
Stir the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) into 150 - 200 ml of still water daily and take with or after a meal together with the omega-3 fatty acid capsules. It is recommended to take the enzyme tablet about 1/2 hour before a meal.
