Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. The positive effect is achieved with an intake of at least 0.5 mg melatonin on the first day of travelling shortly before going to bed and on the first days after arrival at the destination.

- Ingredients: Water, sweetener xylitol, 0.9 % passion flower extract (from Passiflora incarnata), 0.8 % lemon balm extract (from Melissa officinalis), 0.5 % melatonin , flavouring, thickener xanthan gum, preservative potassium sorbate. 1 serving of one spray (0.2 ml).
- Ingredients: melatonin 1 mg, passion flower extract 1.9 mg (from 11.5 mg passion flower petals), lemon balm extract 1.7 mg (from 10 mg lemon balm petals).
