Orthomol Nemuri night hot drink granules are a dietary supplement. It contains melatonin to help shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. With lemon balm extract, hop extract, glycine and L-tryptophan.

The hot drink granules contain nutrients (magnesium, niacin, vitamin B₆, glycine and L-tryptophan) and plant extracts (hop, lemon balm and green tea extract).

Nutrients to support sleep

Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect is achieved with an intake of 1 mg melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag.

• The positive effect occurs with an intake of 0.5 mg melatonin on the first day of travelling shortly before going to bed and on the first days after arrival at the destination.
• Vitamin B6, niacin and magnesium contribute to normal mental function and normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Orthomol Nemuri is a food supplement. It contains melatonin to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. With lemon balm extract, hop extract, glycine and L-tryptophan.

How to use

Pour the contents of one sachet (= daily portion) into a cup and pour approx. 100 ml of hot, no longer boiling water over it. Stir to dissolve and enjoy as warm as possible approx. 30-60 minutes before going to bed.
