- Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect isachieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag . The positive effect is achieved with an intake of at least 0.5 mg melatonin on the first day of travelling shortly before going to bed and on the first days after arrival at the destination.

How to use
- Take the contents of one sachet (= 1 mg melatonin) approx. 30 minutes before going to bed. Pour the direct granules directly into the mouth - they dissolve quickly.
- The product has been tested to be tooth-friendly and can also be used after brushing your teeth.

- Ingredients: sweetener xylitol, flavouring, acidifier citric acid, 0.1 % passion flower extract (from Passiflora incarnata), 0.09 % lemon balm extract (from Melissa officinalis), 0.05 % melatonin, sweetener acesulfame K.
- Composition per 1 daily portion of 2 g direct granules: melatonin 1 mg, passion flower extract 1.9 mg (from 11.5 mg passion flower leaves), lemon balm extract 1.7 mg (from 10 mg lemon balm leaves).
