- Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
- The omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) helps maintain normal brain function. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of DHA.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin, niacin, vitamin C and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

Directions for use
Each day, stir the contents of one sachet into 150–200 ml of still water and take it with or after a meal, together with the capsules.
