Orthomol Mental is a dietary supplement and consists of a micronutrient combination containing over 20 different ingredients that have been harmonised in their composition to provide targeted support for mental performance. In addition to an adequate supply of oxygen and energy, the brain also needs specific micronutrients for optimum function and performance. Orthomol Mental is a combination of different micronutrients for the brain, concentration and memory. Among other things, it contains pantothenic acid to support mental performance.

- Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.
- The omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of at least 250 mg DHA.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin, niacin, vitamin C and magnesium contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.
- Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

Directions
Stir the contents of one sachet into 150 - 200 ml of still water daily and take with or after a meal together with the capsules.
