What ageing means

- Vitamin D, folic acid, vitamin B12, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc have a function in cell division.
- Vitamin A and calcium have a function in cell specialisation.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal heart function.
- Vitamin D, vitamin K, vitamin C as well as magnesium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function.
- Vitamin C, thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and iodine contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- Calcium is required for the maintenance of normal bones.

Dosage form
Granules, tablets, capsule (30 daily portions of 10 g granules plus 3 tablets and 1 capsule)
Directions for use
- Stir the contents of one sachet into 150 - 200 ml of still water daily and take with or after a meal together with the tablets and capsule
- Note: This product contains a separate iodine tablet. If you suffer from thyroid dysfunction, please consult your doctor before taking this product. If you have a glucose tolerance disorder, please note that the product contains 4.2 g of carbohydrates per daily portion. Orthomol Cellprotect should not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding or in children.
