Active ingredients

• Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin C, biotin, magnesium, copper and manganese contribute to normal energy metabolism.
• Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, biotin, magnesium and copper contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.
• Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions

Stir the contents of one sachet into approx. 150 to 200 ml of still water daily and take with or after a meal together with the capsules.
