How to use
- Mouth care concentrate: Add a maximum of 10 drops to a glass of water (approx. 100 ml) and rinse the mouth several times for up to 2 minutes.
- Bath additive: For a full bath (approx. 150 litres of water), mix 10 drops well with a carrier substance (e.g. 1 tablespoon of honey or 100 ml of cream) and add to bath water at 35 - 38°C. Soak for a maximum of 20 minutes. For a foot bath (approx. 5 litres of water), mix 10 drops well with a carrier substance (e.g. 1 tablespoon of honey or 100 ml of cream) and add to the water.
- Refreshing-cooling skin care oil: Add 5 drops to 100 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil), mix well.
- Warnings: Use only diluted! Do not rub into the eyes! Do not use for children under 10 years of age! Keep out of reach of children. 1 drop of Olbas corresponds to 45 mg.
