Application
- In-ear earplugs (inserted into the ear canal).
- Roll the earplug tightly lengthways.
- Reach over your head with one hand and pull your ear slightly upwards; with the other hand, insert the rolled-up earplug deep into the ear canal.
- Hold the earplug in place until it has expanded and fits snugly.
- Removal: Remove the earplug slowly with your fingers.
