Our pure organic quince juice - the golden kitchen treasure
The quince, like the pomegranate, has always symbolised love, happiness, fertility, wisdom, beauty, constancy and immortality. It originally comes from the Caucasus, where there is evidence of cultivated quinces dating back more than 4000 years. The quince, an almost forgotten ancient fruit, is now experiencing a sensational comeback. Even for the famous Greek physician Hippocrates (4th century BC), the quince was a fruit with very special healing properties. Our grandparents and great-grandparents also recognised the versatility of the golden fruit and its positive effects on the human body.
Quince is increasingly finding its way into modern cuisine as a wholesome organic food, whether as quince liqueur, quince jelly or quince purée. But the classic is and remains quince juice, gently pressed from fully ripe fruit.
Valuable ingredients
The quince fruit contains lots of vitamin C, potassium, sodium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese and fluorine, tannins, tannic acid, organic acids, lots of pectin and mucilage.
Enjoy this pure direct juice consciously: with just 50 to 100 ml (approx. 1/8 litre) of pure fruit juice, you have covered your daily requirement of valuable antioxidants and vitamins. You can also mix the juice with fresh drinking water in a ratio of 2:3.
