How to use
Stir the contents of one sachet into approx. 250 ml of warm water (max. 60°C) in a bowl using a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved.
Dosage:
- Replacing all meals with OPTIFAST® products (exclusive diet with OPTIFAST® - 4 sachets per day) contributes to effective weight loss and must not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice.
- Replacing 2 meals with OPTIFAST® products helps to lose weight.
- Replacing one meal with OPTIFAST® products helps to stabilise weight.
Ingredients
