OPTIFAST® Coffee Drink is a meal replacement for a weight-management diet or part of a daily intake for a weight-management diet.
- Low in calories – one serving provides 216 kcal
- High in protein – 20 g protein per sachet

OPTIFAST® products are only effective as part of a low-calorie diet, and other foods must form part of this diet.

Directions for use
Stir the contents of one sachet into approximately 200 ml of cold water using a whisk, or shake well in a shaker for approximately 15–20 seconds until the powder has completely dissolved.
Dosage:
- Replacing all meals with OPTIFAST® products (a diet consisting exclusively of OPTIFAST® – 4 sachets per day) contributes to effective weight loss and must not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice.
- Replacing 2 meals with OPTIFAST® products is intended for weight loss.
- Replacing one meal with OPTIFAST® products helps to stabilise weight.
Ingredients
Skimmed milk powder, milk protein, maltodextrin, vegetable oils containing milk protein (rapeseed, sunflower), dietary fibre (gum arabic, fructo-oligosaccharides, inulin), minerals (potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, calcium carbonate, iron sulphate, zinc sulphate, copper gluconate, manganese sulphate, sodium fluoride, sodium selenite, chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide), fish oil (contains soya lecithin, milk protein), vitamins (niacin, E, pantothenic acid, C, B6, thiamine, riboflavin, A, folic acid, K, biotin, D, B12), flavouring, sweeteners (aspartame, acesulfame K), colouring (curcumin). Contains a source of phenylalanine.
