Our intestinal microbiome is particularly "stress-prone" and its composition can be altered or decimated by stress. However, a large variety of bacteria is of central importance, as different strains also perform different tasks in the gut - such as the release and production of important hormones (e.g. the active precursor of our happiness hormone serotonin and the sleep hormone melatonin). These hormones not only influence mood and sleep, but also the communication between the gut and brain, the so-called gut-brain axis.

Directions for use
- Stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair (= 3 g) into approx. 1/8 litre of water 1-2 times a day, wait at least 1 minute for activation, stir again and then drink. It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach.
- If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair twice a day, it is recommended to take it before breakfast and before dinner.
- If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolise all the fructooligosaccharides. This means that no fructose enters the intestine.

Ingredients: Maize starch, maltodextrin, inulin, potassium chloride, rice protein, bacterial strains*, magnesium sulphate, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), enzymes (amylases), manganese sulphate.
