• Adults: Take 1 direct stick of OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER (= 1.6 g) once a day. Tear open the sticks along the perforation and allow the contents to dissolve directly on the tongue without water.
• It is advisable to take them on an empty stomach. As magnesium and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, taking OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER Direct Sticks in the morning is beneficial.
• Notes: It is recommended to use OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER Direct Sticks for at least 6 months; longer-term use has been tested and is recommended. As OMNi-BiOTiC® POWER Direct Sticks contain only bacteria naturally occurring in the human intestine, they can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
