OMBE Intim is a dietary supplement with lactic acid bacteria that occur naturally in women's intimate areas.
OMBE Intim contains:
- Lactobacillus rhamnosus, GR-1®
- Lactobacillus reuteri, RC-14®
At least 1 billion reproducible lactic acid bacteria are absorbed per application. Taken orally, the probiotics reach the vaginal area via the natural digestive route. Colonisation after oral intake has been proven in several studies.
The vaginal flora
The vaginal flora is the naturally occurring microbial colonisation of the vagina (tunica mucosa vaginae). This represents a protective barrier. In healthy adult women, lactobacilli form the predominant part of the vaginal flora. Their function is to maintain a slightly acidic environment (pH value = ~4).

Directions
- Take one capsule once a day with a meal, preferably with water.
- OMBE Intim should be taken regularly for at least 2 weeks, but preferably for 4-6 weeks or even longer. Three pack sizes are available for this purpose: OMBE Intim 14 capsules, 28 capsules and 56 capsules for up to 8 weeks of use.
