How to use
Remove the OroFilm™ from the individual packaging and place the leaflet on your tongue to release the ingredients. Convenient to take - without water. If you are taking blood-thinning medication, you should discuss the intake with your doctor in advance, as vitamin K also has an influence on blood clotting!
- Take 1 OroFilmTM containing 2,000 I.U. vitamin D3 (50 µg /1000 % NRV) + 200 µg vitamin K2 as MK7-alltrans (= 266 % NRV) every 2nd day.
