For the psyche and nerves

Vitamin B1, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid and biotin support normal mental function.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin and biotin contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.

For energy and mental performance

Vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and biotin support normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin B2, B6, B12, niacin, pantothenic acid and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily with plenty of liquid as required.
Advice: Not suitable for children and adolescents. Vitamin B capsules have green capsule shells to protect the valuable ingredients from light.

Nutritional information per 1 capsule NRV* (1 capsule): Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 5.5 mg 500 %, vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5-phosphate) 7 mg 500 %, niacin 80 mg 500 %, pantothenic acid 30 mg 500 %, vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 5 mg 357 %, biotin 250 μg 500 %, folates (total) 400 μg 200 % as folic acid 200 μg 100 % as Quatrefolic® 200 μg 100 %, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin and cyanocobalamin) 12.5 μg 500 %, α-lipoic acid 25 mg, betaine 12.5 mg, choline 12.5 mg, inositol 50 mg, black pepper extract (Bioperine®) 2.5 mg of which piperine 2.38 mg. *Nutrient reference values according to the Food Information Regulation (FIR). The values of the ingredients are based on average analyses. One max. daily dose = 0.02 BE.
