With the Tick Twister Clipbox you always have tick remover to hand. It can be conveniently attached to your belt or rucksack. Each clip box contains 3 tick removers of different sizes with silicone handles.

The micro tick remover can be used to remove very small ticks (larvae and nymphs), while the other two sizes can be used to remove small and large ticks from humans and animals in seconds.

The O'Tom Tick Twister tick hook was developed by a vet. It removes ticks painlessly and completely in just a few seconds, without leaving any tick residue in the skin. O'Tom works without applying pressure. This means that the tick's body is not crushed, which can prevent the transmission of diseases.

The tick's mouthparts, which are inserted into the skin, are completely covered with hooks with which the tick anchors itself in the skin. When you pull the tick upwards, these hooks unfold and clamp the mouthparts firmly into the skin. This can lead to the tick's mouthparts being torn off, which in turn can lead to pain or infection.

When you turn the tick, the hooks fold in towards the axis of rotation. This makes it easy to remove the tick without any pulling force.

The set consists of the ClipBox and three different tick hooks, which can be selected depending on the size of the tick to be removed.

Application

Use the small hook for small or very small freshly bitten ticks and the large hook for large fully sucked ticks. Push the hook sideways right under the tick, only press the hook lightly onto the skin. Lift the hook very slightly and twist it. The tick will come off after two or three twisting movements and is completely removed. Please never pull. After removal, disinfect the bite area with antiseptic
