NimmNem Frankincense Extract Capsules are a dietary supplement containing 400 mg of frankincense extract (Boswellia serrata) per capsule.
Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years to treat all kinds of inflammatory conditions. Hildegard von Bingen also made extensive use of frankincense. Our product contains a high-quality extract with a boswellic acid content of 65 per cent. Unfortunately, we are not permitted to make any claims regarding its efficacy.

Directions for use
We recommend taking two capsules daily. Take the capsules before a meal, with plenty of liquid. The ideal amount of liquid to take with the capsules may vary from person to person. In any case, we recommend a large glass (250ml) of water.
