MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a dietary supplement from nature. MSM is an organic sulphur compound that originally comes from marine algae. An important part of our original diet, MSM is found in milk, eggs, meat and fresh vegetables such as broccoli, onions, cabbage sprouts and garlic.

How to use

We recommend taking two level measuring spoons daily. Take one scoop in the morning and one scoop in the evening. Dissolve the powder in water or a non-carbonated and non-alcoholic drink. The ideal amount of liquid to take may vary from person to person. In any case, we recommend a large glass (250ml) of water.
Note: Taking vitamin C at the same time increases the effect.
