Vital packs help with chronic inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system, most forms of soft tissue rheumatism, degenerative joint and spinal disorders (signs of wear and tear) as well as secondary conditions following bruises, strains, sprains, dislocations and surgical procedures. The unique composition of the active ingredients in the healing mud penetrates through the skin into muscle tissue and joints, whether applied warm (for chronic complaints) or cold (for sprains, bruises or muscle strains).

How to use
Pour 2-3 tablespoons of healing mud into the enclosed fleece bags, place the dark, permeable side on the painful area of the body, apply a hot pack or hot water bottle if necessary and leave to work for 20-30 minutes. Carry out one treatment per day, at least 8 times! Dispose of the fleece bag and contents in the residual waste.
